Communication profoundly impacts organizational success. We take a new look at communication in all of its forms as a framework for both evaluation and change. An approach to conducting a communication audit is presented, along with guidelines for revitalizing communication. We also discuss the role of communication in shaping and changing organizational culture and its competitive effectiveness.
